The villa features a living/dining room with flat screen TV, DVD, a kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates,oven, dishwasher and microwave, a large private garden with terrace furniture, a barbecue and a veranda. A washing machine and parking facilities by the house is also available.
Places worth a visit in the area are: wine route, salt and oyster route. 3 regional markets on 4 weekdays, shops typical of the area, gastronomic restaurants. The fishing harbour is dominated by the Barbe Bleue castle (Gilles de Retz).
