Prague Exhibition Grounds Výstaviště (1 km) – This exhibition ground hosts many trade fairs throughout the year, but it is also home to the Lapidarium and its sculptures and stone monuments. There is also an aquarium and Krizík´s fountain with its "Son et Lumière" show. The famous artists Jan and Pravoslav Kotik provided the inspiration for this hotel, which was just recently designed and built by the architect Martin Kotik. A long artistic family tradition manifests itself in this hotel.
Each floor of the 6 storey building presents a thematic mini collection of works by the Kotiks, by Pavel Stecha, who is famous for his photographs of architectural details, and by Pavel Roucka, a painter and graphic artist.
