Set at the foothills of the Waterberg Mountains, Ebony Lodge is situated on the Makuto Ranch near the city of Thabazimbi. It offers secluded self catering accommodation.
Decorated with local, natural materials like sand and rocks, Ebony Lodge has a thatched roof and it's own fire-pit. The main house, which is a 5-minute walk away, offers a TV room and a bar, and a swimming pool. The bungalow has an open-plan kitchen with stove, electric kettle and fridge.
Breakfast and dinner is available on request for a surcharge and is served at the main house.
Staff can help to arrange activities such as fishing at the Mokolo Dam, quad biking, target shooting or African cooking classes.
Ebony Lodge is situated 20 minutes’ drive from Thabazimbi and 30 minutes’ drive from Marakele National Park. Pilanesberg National Park and Hartbeespoort Dam are both a 1-hour drive away.
