Some of the most famous Tuscan towns such as nearby Lucca. Pisa and Florence are an ideal destination for a day trip. The coast with its famous seaside resorts such as Viareggio. Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi is likewise easy to reach by car.The house is for the sole use of the guests: the 1st floor is not inhabited and remains closed whereas two rooms on the ground floor are for the use of the owners and therefore not accessible to the guests. The house is built on terraced grounds. the entrance is on the 1st floor. A couple of steps lower: 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower. wc and bidet.The outside of the house consist of a patio equipped with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a terraced garden. From the house level some steps lead to the terrace below where guests have at their disposal a swimming pool. Parking space at roughly 30 m from the house along the road.
