This 6-room house is 300 m2 and on 2 levels. The living/dining room has an open fireplace and TV. There are two separate WC, one shower and a bath. Electric heating is provided, as is a washing machine.

The house has a garden and a terrace including a mountain and countryside view, exposed beams and a dining area. Barbeque facilities and parking by the house.

Electric heating is extra and payable locally, according to use from 1st October to 30th April. A maximum of 2 pets/dogs are allowed.

Villeneuve du Latou is 10 km from Lézat sur Lèze. It is situated outside the resort, in a secluded, quiet position. It has a swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 120 - 280 cm, 01.06.-30.09.). Shops are 10 km away while restaurants are 5 km. A tennis court can be found within 1 km. Please note that a car is essential, since access to the house is via a dirt road (500 m).
