Country house "Le Redounet" is situated 1.5 km from the centre of Plan de la Tour and 10 km from the sea and beach. For private use; 1a of grounds with lawn and trees and a swimming pool (6 x 13 m, depth 250 cm, 15.05.-30.08.). Motor access to the house is 40 m via unpaved road. There is a shop at 1.5 km, grocers at 1.5 km, shopping centre at 8 km, restaurant at 1.5 km and sandy beach at 10 km. Please note that a car essential and the swimming pool is fenced.
The 6-room house (120 m2) has exit to the garden and terrace. There is terrace furniture, a barbecue and deck chairs (6). Furthermore there is a washingmachine and reserved parking (fenced, 4 cars).
