Located at the heart of the Alentejo, on a 4-hectare property, the Hotel O Gato offers access to an outdoor swimming pool area and free WiFi. Ferreira do Alentejo is a 14-minute drive and Grândola is a 43-minute drive.
The hotel is composed of 2 buildings, the traditional building which contains the standard rooms, and the new building, where the superior rooms are located. All rooms are air-conditioned at the Gato and feature a flat-screen TV with international channels, a private bathroom, and a minibar. The apartments also feature an equipped kitchenette.
A buffet breakfast is served each morning at the Gato. The hotel restaurant features traditional Alentejo wines and cuisine, such as regional chorizos, açordas and migas (both based upon mashed bread with spices, olive oil and eggs). For lighter meals, there is also an on site snack bar.
