Gelegen in de kerk van San Francisco en waarschijnlijk eind van de eeuw XV of begin van eeuw XVI, de kapel van D. Fradique van Portugal (onderkoning van Catalonië en aartsbisschop van Saragossa), is een begrafenismonument duidelijk Manueline, volgens Gonçalo Lopes (2008). Manuel Branco (1993) identificeert elementen die lijken op de vijftiende cyclus van het klooster van Batalha en geeft hem een datering voorafgaand aan de manuelijnse periode, een mening die niet door Lopes wordt gedeeld. Het heeft een vierhoekige plant, geribbelde marmeren kluis op basis van drievoudige zuilengalerijen en kapitelen met plantaardige motieven. De sleutels die deze kluis sluiten, zijn ook uit dezelfde periode en tonen centraal de heraldiek van de familie van D. Fradique, de Noronha.
