The Golfe dAmour has beautiful sandy beaches, a marina, restaurants and attractive hotels. You'll be enchanted by the picturesque old fishing harbour. Its delightful 17th century houses have a real Mediterranean atmosphere. When you take the Route des Cretes which connects Cassis with the Parc du Mugel youll discover an abundance of lush plant life. You'll also enjoy splendid views of the town, the shipyards and the islands in the gulf. La Ciotat has a small, attractive railway station like many others in Provence. This station, however, formed an important milestone in the history of cinematography. The famous Lumiere brothers made their first film here in 1895. It was the arrival of a train in La Ciotat station. The My Suite - Côté Port Residential Complex is in an excellent position. It is in La Ciotat Harbour and close to the Mugel Park.
