Dit museum herbergt 16 kamers gewijd aan Latijns-Amerikaanse en Europese kunstenaars, met name uit de 15e tot de 18e eeuw en de post-impressionistische periode. De Rally is niet bedoeld als een didactisch museum, maar het doel ervan is om het plezier voor de kunst te cultiveren en de kwaliteit van de tentoongestelde werken aan te trekken. Het motto is: 'plezier is het doel van kunst', accepteer daarom geen donaties of subsidies van wie dan ook, er is geen commerciële activiteit in het museum en er zijn geen rondleidingen, omdat alles rustig loopt en het publiek zijn eigen indruk maakt en Ik hou van kunst.
