Country house "Villa Il Cielo" is surrounded by vineyards. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of San Gimignano, on top of a hill. For private use there is 4 ha of grounds, a garden with lawn and plants and a swimming pool (5 x 12 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, 04.05.-28.09.). There is an outside shower, patio, pergola, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
The house's facilities are central heating and washing machine. There is a parking (for 6 cars) in the grounds. A shop if to found at 2 km, supermarket at 3 km, restaurant at 2 km, café at 3 km, rent a bike at 3 km, bus stop at 800 m, railway station "Certaldo" at 10 km.
For sports; the golf course is 25 km away from the residence, the tennis court 5 km and riding stables 6 km. Other nearby attractions are Volterra (35 km), Firenze (45 km) and Siena (45 km).
This 10-room villa (300 m2 on 3 levels), includes a large living/dining room with open fireplace and exit to the terrace including terrace furniture, a barbecue and deck chairs.
