This 185m² farmhouse, built in 1975 and renovated in 2008, is located in a secluded, sunny position, 8 km from the sea, in the countryside.
The property has a living/dining room with an open fireplace, a kitchen, two bathrooms and four bedrooms with the capacity to accommodate eight guests. Facility wide the house has a washing machine, a safe and an Internet (Dial up/ISDN) connection at an extra cost.
Part of the private grounds, are a swimming pool angular with built-in steps, an outside shower, pergola, terrace and barbecue. In the house there is central heating (extra). Parking for 6 cars is available by the house in the grounds.
Shop, grocers, supermarket 500 m, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, internet café 1 km, railway station "Sa Pobla" 2 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course 8 km, tennis 1.5 km, riding stables 8 km. Please note that the use of a car is essential. A maximum of 1 pet/ dog is allowed.
