In the grounds of Nene House, the lodge has its own kitchen facilities, including an oven, hob, microwave and fridge, and a dining area. The comfortable lounge includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and has a sofa-bed.

The River Nene passes right beside Nene Parade, and the house has its own moorings for those arriving by boat.
The town of March has shops, pubs and restaurants within around 10 minutes’ walk of Nene Lodge, as well as a leisure centre. Direct trains run to Peterborough and Ely in less than 20 minutes, and to Cambridge in just over 30 minutes.
